Hello! 

 

Hope all having a great day. 

 

The issue is I cannot access my account. It says password/username is incorrect. I try to reset my password with my current email (which I have used to get in here as well) however they send me another Spotify username's password change page and I might accidently changed someone elses password which is very odd because I mean it is my email address. So I am sorry busbus577 if you cannot get in. 

 

You can find the attached picture of my account. 

 

If any details needed such as date/time/timezone or logs or detailed device info etc let me know.

Hey @markushaider, thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.

 

That’s quite odd.

So the account you’re using on the Spotify Community is the same account you’re trying to use to get into your Spotify account on the app?

 

If so, are you able to perform another password reset here using a different browser or private window?

Yes, I tried that but still password reset notification that I have
received is for busbus577 not markushaider.
