Password forgotten

Password forgotten

I receive an email to reset my password but once I enter the new password and click ok, immediate message saying link no longer available, has expired, but I do it immediately after receiving the link!

Let's try this, this should solve the problem that you're having!

  1. Try the reset again
  2. From the email, open the password reset link in a different browser, or a private/incognito window.

If that doesn't fix it, you'll need to reach out to Support 🙂
