So, this girl is paying for premium. And I have tried several times during the last months to log on with my phone, but every time I try i get the message about Incorrect password or user account.
I have an Nokia N8. Anyone know what to do?
And by the way, is there no "send us an email" on spotify for help (I am after all paying them money:))

I'm going to take a guess and say you normally log in using Facebook?
If so, you need to retrieve your Spotify username and set a device password to be able to log in on a platform which does not support Facebook authentication like on the N8. Have a read at the instructions in this help page for more information.

I'm going to take a guess and say you normally log in using Facebook?
If so, you need to retrieve your Spotify username and set a device password to be able to log in on a platform which does not support Facebook authentication like on the N8. Have a read at the instructions in this help page for more information.

I got the same problem, only when I click on "send e-mail to set password" I never get one. Since it is the mail address from my fb account and since I checked it for the tenth time now I'm pretty sure its correct. But as I said, i never get any mail ... what can I do?

Have you checked your spam folder? If it's not there, I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
