Password is not right

Hi,

I have been trying to cancel the Premium subscription but I need my password.

As I did not remember it, I sent an email to your support - more than 3 days later, no response.

I tried to put facebook password in case this was the way I got connected into Spotify and it does not work either

What should I do ?

First, go on Facebook and log out. Then try to cancel your subscription again.

 

If it doesn't work, try another browser.

 

This is what Spotify support tells everyone with this problem to do, so try these and post again if it doesn't work.

I was never connected to Facebook when I tried to cancel my subscription, so still does not work.

I also tried to cancel my credit card info, and I can´t...I am prisioner !!

FG - Your Premium account appears to have been created through Facebook. You should be able to log into the website using your Facebook login info. If you do have trouble, could you try the steps Stupify mentions above?
