Hello all, I'm new to these forums so hopefully someone can help me. Just to start off, this is a throw away account, I needed to make this to get some help.
What's the problem?
Well, for somereason I have completely forgotten my password to my main account, which log in is, Velkair. I have tried several times to reset its password however that is linked to my hotmail address. The issue here is that its been days and it isyet to show up on my e-mail. Not under trash/spam or in the main section. Due to this i have no other way to regain access to my account.
Would mean allot if anyone here can offer some advice, i am lost without my music while traveling/ doing my job in barracks. Hope you can help!

Hey John! Welcome to the community 🙂
First thing to try if you have not already done so, is to enter your username (rather than your email address) on the password reset page and see if that works?
If not, you will need a little specialist help. If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to manually reset that for you after verifying a few details.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I'm new here and I want to get help with my password. I have (unfortunately) forgotten my password a couple of weeks ago so I couldn't log in on my phone but I was still logged in on my laptop. So I requested a password reset through my phone but I didn't receive the reset email. I gave up after a few tries... Today I accidentally logged out on my laptop aswell so now I can't log in to my spotify anywhere since I don't remember my password. I requested a password reset again but I don't receive any mails in my junk folder or my normal inbox. I have sent a support message but haven't gotten any reply yet, so I don't have a case number either. Can someone please help me out?

Did you not receive an automated response immediately after you submitted the support request? That should have had the case # included. If not, get in touch here and give it another go.
4th time is the charm I guess. I finally got a case number (00758575). But I still haven't received any mails regarding the resetting of my password.
