Password problem on the webpage but not on the app.

Hi Cant login to webpage with my username and password. But on spotify it works with no problem, tried to reset my password but doesnt get the mail in my inbox. i have also tried resetting my password and wrote the old one but it says it is wrong, but im using it every day to login to spotify on windows and on my phone. So it seems that the webpage doesnt know my password... logging in with my facebook account works great but i need to be able to login with my username and password on the webpage and i think it is wierd that the password works on the spotify app itself but not on the webpage Thanks in advance

It's odd that this happens. The best thing to do would be resetting your password. If you need to update the email in the account, our support team can help you with this.

I find out that sometimes the reset mails from Spotify end up in the Spam box of your email. And have you checked that your email ares is right in your account settings
