Password reset email not arriving - am desperate

Hi I've got people coming over this evening and wanted to upgrade to unlimited.  But I can't remember password and

the reset email is not arriving.  Am desperate - people will be over soon - please help 😕

ps - I've replied to the 'no-reply' email as suggested in another thread

If you have replied to the no-reply email you get when you submit a contact form then your case will be in the queue to be answered by a Spotify member of staff as soon as possible 😉
