Password reset email not received

Spotify-

     Your password reset email is not sending to me. It’s also not in **bleep** and this is my only email address. I pay for premium abs Spotify logged me out today and won’t let me reset the password because it’s not sending me the email. I created this current account I’m typing on just so that I could gain access to this help area. How do we fix this beyond annoying issue?

Are you using a spotify that is downloaded the either the adroid play store or the apple store. This problem occured to me when i had the app downloaded from a third party. I resolved it by reinstalling and changing my email and password

I have an iPhone and downloaded the app from the App Store. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading it and it doesn’t make a difference. I can’t reset my password because Spotify isn’t sending me the email link to reset it. It states that a link has been sent to my email but it’s never there.
