I am having trouble resetting my password.
When I requested the password reset email, I clicked on the link and filled out the form. Once I clicked the submit button, the form was blank and look as if I hadn't tried to fill it out in the first place?
I requested the email again, and the same thing happened. I also tried clearing my cookies, using a different browser, and even tried completing the form again a fiew weeks later.
