Password reset help

Okay guys, I may have a serious problem. I was logged out of my devices, for some unknown reason. Then it seems that I have forgotten my password. I thought this would not be a problem and I would just reset my password, as I have had to do with other online accounts before. However, the email address that is connected to my account is incorrect, and I now have created a password reset link that keeps getting sent to the wrong email address. So is there another way to have a password reset link sent?

I have already emailed customer support, but it is very difficult to get a response from them. I recieved an intial response, but nothing more.
