Password reset problems

I forgot my password so I did the password reset through my email but sometimes I wouldn't receive a email or when I did it said that it expired when I'd check my email immediately after I did the reset. I've done this numerous times and I still can't change my password I've been doing this for three days now please help.

Do you've tried to clear your browser cache/cookies ? 

In the most cases it helped to use another browser.
