My Question or Issue

 I can’t log into my premium account. I seem to have lost my password and the email account attached is no longer in use...any ideas ?

Hey there!

So your problem is being unable to reset your password since you don't have access to your old email?

 

If FB was connected to your spotify, then log in with your FB account onto spotify.

If FB was not connected to spotify, and you do not have access to the connected email address, then here are your options.

1. Make a new spotify account, contact spotify team to cancel the premium on the old account, and start over 😞

2. Contact the support team with the info for the spotify account with your current email address. Hopefully they can handle it from there.
