Password was changed without consent. Cant log in, says email is invalid.

Password was changed without consent. Cant log in, says email is invalid.

I was kicked off of spotify today.

 

I tried to log in and it said my password was incorrect. Ive been trying all day so i know it wasnt caps or a typo.

 

Ive also tried resetting my password but it tells my that my email is invalid, which is strange because ive recieved plenty of emails before.

 

When i enter just my username, it says an email was sent. ive done this a few times today and no email. Ive checked all folders, including spam and trash jut in case, but nothing.

 

Ive tried contacting the support line but when i enter my preferred contact email address, it just tells me that the email is invalid and it resets the form.

 

Im not sure where to go from here, its pretty frustrating. Im a premium member and have no idea how the password was changed or why my email is suddenly invalid.

 

my account is only accessed from my phone, laptop, and girlfriends phone.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

 

If the form is giving you an error, you need to try a different browser or computer.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
