Password?

When I signed up I used my facebook. Now I'm trying to sign into my account on the ps4 and I need my username and password (the connect thing wont work on my phone)  I found my username, it's some long bunch of numbers and letters, but how do I find out my password?

i have the same issue. If you go under your account you can request a password, but when I do this (and I have SEVERAL times) no email ever comes.

How do you request a new password? Every time I try to reset my password it says to go into my facebook settings if I want to alter stuff but I see no way to change my password in there.
