Hi all, I got an email from Spotify saying my Paypal payment failed. It had an  option on the email to pay by mobile, I'm with Three (3)  and I don't see the option. Can anyone advise?

I will do my best to help you here 🙂

 

To set up a payment to go through via your mobile phone provider it would be best to contact them directly.

Alternatively, you are welcome to post a screen shot of the email here and I will take a look at the message. Please remember to blur out any personal info though.

As I understand you wish to pay your bill through your mobile phone provider which is 3?

 

Could you try to click on the icon at the botton of that message and let me know if it allows you to pay your chosen way via this way?
