Pay for Premium, Status is showing as Free, Unable to access or edit account

Pay for Premium, Status is showing as Free, Unable to access or edit account

I pay for premium but my account has reverted to free.  I have now been charged for two months but have not been receiving the premium service.  I can not edit or cancel any details of my account because it shows as free and I can't access it.

 

Please contact me ASAP to correct this.

Hey @H-M,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts. If necessary, you can ask for a password reset.
