Pay premium with itunes credit

I Dont have credit card. But just bought an itunes card. How can I pay premium with my itunes account?

I'm afraid you can't use your iTunes gift card to subscribe to Premium. You can indeed subscribe through iTunes, but it would require you to associate a payment card to get the Spotify Premium subscription.

You can still get the Premium by signing up directly through Spotifyc.com. There's a lot of payment options there aside from a credit card.
