PayPal and Spotify subscription being denied.

I am at the checkout for taking advantage of the $.99 for 3 months, and my PayPal details are exactly correct (I've checked 10 times), and it still denies my payment and says the credentials are wrong. No idea why it won't accept my payment, any help?

If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
