PayPal not accepting Payment for .99/3 Month Deal

So, I recently created this account, and I saw the 3 Month Deal for 99 Cents. I've been trying to purchase this with PayPal but once I get to the agree and pay option, it brings me back to the page where you enter your ZIP code. Did I miss an Email confirmation or something?  I checked the help page on the website, and my PayPal and account is has the same Country location.

You could try a different browser, or using incognito mode in your current one.


If that still give you problems, contact customer support through this link:


They'll help you sign up. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.


If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from a no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.


Just remember that the offer is available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).
