I want paid without credit card from paypal, but I can not pay without it. I want to have my premium spotify account. I hope your help

Where would the money be coming from then? I believe that Credit Card in PayPal is a requirement for subscriptions so Spotify can charge it automatically every month.

Someone sent money to my PayPal account, then I wanted to buy premium spotify.

Okay, I believe that you have to add a Credit Card to your PayPal account to be able to subscribe to Premium via PayPal - Sorry.

The same problem! I have money to my PayPal account but don't want to connect it to a credit card. Why are you mark that problem solve? it's unfair!
