PaySafe Card from netherlands use in germany

i just buy a 10€ paysafecard in the netherland and if a want to buy 1 month premium it says on the paysafecard website that : the pin you entered is not approved for payment at this dealer.

anybody know something i can do?

Hi @Toplic99,

You have to use your card in the same country you bought it!

-> Spotify country setting of your account must be the same as where you bought the card

Which country setting has your Spotify Account?
