I paid for Spotify Premium this month, but now I have no Premium - only free?!

Could you check that you have logged in using the correct details - try logging out and back in. What does your your account overview show under Subscription Status?

as stated above, are you sure you are logged in to the correct account? Is your account connected to your Facebook account?
