Payed for Premium account for months but still get free

Hi All,

 

I need help!free, unsatisfied, Free, Login, Subscription

I raised this question via the contact form to spotify multiple times but dont get any respons! 😞

As stated in the subject I payed for Premium account for months but still get free.

Followed all the FAQ steps, in the online profile i see that my account says premium.

Reinstalled the app on my mobile but it keeps me as a free user.

Who can help me with a solution?????

The first step is to find an email receipt for your subscription purchase. In it, it shows your Spotify username:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout, and be sure to use it to login to your account (both the website and the mobile app).
 
If that doesn't do it, and since you say you've already tried the contact form, you could tweet @SpotifyCares
