Payed for premium but still only free account

Payed for premium but still only free account

So I payed for December for a premium account but it still says I have a free account and I’m not able to get in contact with Spotify. Is thee any way someone here could fix this? Or am I able to get my money back if it still won’t work the next days?

Hey @Milki1,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

That’s very nice of you, but I tried the first link you sent yesterday and all it said was I should search help in the community. On Facebook I get redirected to the help site of Spotify that won’t help. And I don’t have a twitter account. That can’t be true that one can’t get in touch with some employees of Spotify?? 

When you follow this link, you have to fill in, what's not working and at the end click on I still need help. Then you can talk to the customer support.
