Payed for premium still on free account

Dear,

I was on spotify for a while (I shared this one with some friends) but we quit and I wanted to start my own account. I logged in with Facebook and the paymen was successful. Which is odd, because I could get the first month for free. When I started the account it was still a free account. I logged out with Facebook and tried my account name, wich was free as well. So I tried the old spotify (kpn-demo-143) and there I found the awnser. This one was now upgraded to premium!! This is not what I wanted, because I have no login for the email adres etc. when I filled in the contact form I get a message 'send to kpn demo'. Can this be corrected and how? Because I want my own account.
