Payed for spotify premium, but it still says i'm only using free?

We have now payed for spotify premium in 3 months, but it still says that we only have the free spotify....???...

@Natashamusen13 hey there natasha, we've been getting this one a fair bit of late,

 

the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem they can have a look on their end and sort the overcharge ASAP ^-^
