Hey. I just payed for the premium. And accidentally did it with the old account instead of new. Is there any chance to transfer the subscription?

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to get you on the right track to enjoying your Premium on the correct account.

 

Not to worry, it is indeed possible to transfer Premium time from one account to another. Please reach out to us directly here so we can help you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.


After you have your Premium on the correct account, we highly recommend deleting the unnecessary one to prevent any further confusion.
