Payed with code but the account is still on pause

Hi all, I have payed for premium with a card 1 month ago, they remembered me I will have to pay or my subscription as premium will be disabled.. today I payed with a code got in shop, but now I opened spotify and found it on PAUSE.. What can I do? I have to pay 2 times? 😐
