I wanted to get the offer of getting premium for 0,99 for 3 months.. when I wanted to pay with IDEAL I had to pay €10,00 insted of the 0,99.. I thought this was just to show how much it really costs but you would still pay the 0,99.. I want to get premium, but I sogned up for the 0,99 for 3 months.

The three months for €0.99 is not available in combination with iDeal. At this moment you can use iDeal to pay for your subscription in advance. If you'd like to ask for a refund, you can contact someone from Spotify using this form. Let me know if you have any other questions!
