Paying $14.99 a month and $10 a month for the family plan... how do we cancel the old one?

Paying $14.99 a month and $10 a month for the family plan... how do we cancel the old one?

Hello,

We were on the original plan that cost $14.99 and when it went to $10 we figured the account would just change automatically.  Well, it looks like it didn't and so the question is how do we canel the old $14.99 and keep the $10.00 account.   I know how to cancel the account but I'm not sure where to or how to log into the $10.00 account.

I'm sure it's been asked before and I missed it.

Hi there,

 

If you're receiving receipts of your $10 payment, try to check it out and you can see the username of the account. If you can still access it, log in to www.spotify.com/account/subscription and cancel the subscription.

 

However, if you're not able to log in to the account being charged for $10, you can get in touch with Spotify in their Contact form so they can further check on it.
