Paying 2 times a month! Why?

Why does Spotify charge me 99sek every 1st ant 16nd every month?
I dont have any old card, but If I did should it be showing in my profile?

On my account it say I only have one payment/ month.

I have been looking back in the bank and its alot of money.
How do I do, i want my money back and I want it to stop!!!!

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
