Paying For Premium, Only Getting Free Service

Paying For Premium, Only Getting Free Service

I have been paying for premium service for the past few months and everything was fine until today when tried to install spotify onto macbook. Now I appear to have free service only. I don't use facebook to log in - I use username and password. Could someone tell me how I resolve this. Thanks

Have you always had free service, or has this only appeared since you logged in on your Mac?

 

Please could you try a complete reinstall, and also check what it says on your subscription overview 🙂

Hi nelsonmargaret - It looks like your subscription was cancelled back in July--that's why a charge wasn't taken from your account in August. 

 

You can of course resubscribe at any time via your subscription page. If you've got any other payments queries our contact form is the best way to reach the team. 

Thanks. Set up subscription payment through credit card then realised that we get spotify through Virgin so really need to deal with them to get the problem rectified. How do I cancel and get the first payment refunded.
