Paying but no access

I have been a premium customer for 2+ years and am up to date on my payments. Yet I haven't been able to log into my account for days. Desktop allows me to login then kicks me out in seconds with an error code that the password is wrong. Can't reset password becuase spotify says the username OR email don't exist. Yet i have emails from spotify from days ago. Mobile doesn't recgonize me at all. Very frutrated and just wasting money right now. 

 

I've been ignored on Twitter all day.

 

I've created this account just to commuicate as I clearly can't login in with my premium account.
