Can someone help please
I seem to have been billed 3 times the Premium service on Paypal
I do not use PayPal for anything other than for Ebay
I have now set up my debit card for the monthly subscription
I have sent details of the 3 payments to Customer Supprt but have not recieved any reply.
How can Paypal take out a payment when there is no money in the account and I do not have it set up to recive money from my bank account?
and if this payment is refused does the system know that I have set up a debit card payment for this instead
