Paying by mobile?

Paying by mobile?

Hi,  Been paying via my mobile, just upgraded to Family +1 and had to put in card details.  

Tried selecting pay by mobile but this selection has been removed.


Any ideas?

Perhaps because I've upgraded so needs take first payment from a Card?

Hi @CarlaH1. Unfortunately Family Plans need to be managed directly through Spotify, and not a third party like a mobile phone provider. This means that you will no longer be able to pay for your subscription through your mobile provider. Sorry that I don't have better news for you, and please let me know if you have any other questions I can answer for you.
