Paying for 2 accounts. I dont know how to cancel the other one

Hi I hope someone can help

I have been paying for accounts for a while now (my own and hers)
She says she doesn't use it anymore and hasn't been for over a year (120+ quid for nothing) but she doesn't remember what email she used or what the password is. Is there anyway I can cancel her subscription

To cancel the other account, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
