Paying for 2 accounts I think, how to cancel 1 of them

I would like help cancelling one of my two accounts, paying mouthing premium on both

Hi @bigarsebrad. If you know the login details to the second account then you can simply cancel by logging in and visiting your subscriptions page. If you are unable to log into the account you would like to cancel, then you'll want to reach out to support. Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
