Hello -

I am paying for the Premium Family subscription, but when I log my account does not appear to be activeas all the songs are greyed out. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Hey @nnicolson,

You should try deleting and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue.

Also, the issue might appear while using headphones, usb or bluetooth speakers. Try unplugging them out and back in. Hopefully that'll fix it.

If not, this issue is being looked into in this thread. In it, there are several possible solutions. I'm sure one of them will solve it for you.

Hope it helps. 🙂

Hey @osornios,

I have reinstalling the app. That don't help...

I have using no headphones, usb or blueooth speakers.

What about the link to the thread that is not the problem/issue what we have.

I can play songs but with ads... Only I have paying for a premium account 🙂

Hopefully some one from Spotify can give us a answer?

@KireStreve

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

Let me know how it goes. 🙂
