Paying for Premium but can't use as permanently in "offline mode"

Have un and re-installed as per instructions, still can't use it. Bit gutted as this is the first month I've PAID to use Spotify but not actually getting anything for the money!

 

Any advice? Have emailed support but thought would try here in the meantime...

Same here. I reinstall the programme as per instructions and it works for that session but each time I restart  the pc it reverts to offline.

I also have a premium account, but am in permanent 'offline' mode.  I think it is a problem their end (error code 404).  Hopefully it will be back soon.

Oh yes, I also keep getting "error code 101."
