Paying for Premium but only getting Free

Hi,

I have been paying for spotify premium but only getting the free version.  I have signed out and uninstalled the program on my phone and computer but it still says I just have spotify free.  I can't figure out where to go to just cancel the payment and be done with it and don't want to continue to pay for something I'm not getting.
