Paying for Spotify Premium through iTunes but still shows as free

I moved from Spotify Free to Premium and are paying via iTunes

But when I log on to my Spotify account via a webpage it still shows as free

And this is prevnting me from hooking up to my new Sonos system I bought

I heard Spotify just needs to update my system to fix this

Can Spotify please do this on my account

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment which means that your account will stay on the Free plan. I highly recommend subscribing to Premium here: https://spotify.com/premium
