Paying for Wrong Subscription

Hi, I tried signing up for the Student Spotify Premium. And I went through the sign up but it charged me the full premium instead of the Student Premium. I wanted to get it switched to the student discount and not pay the extra $5.

To sign up for the student subscription, you have to go to https://www.spotify.com/student.

Yes I understand how to sign up but I want to get the $9.99 charge taken off so that I can sign up for the $4.99 student one.

Okay, if you think you are eligible for a refund then you can contact Spotify customer service about the charge. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
