Paying for family membership, but not getting premium access

My gfs account says she administrator and I am a family member with premium access, when I log in to my account it says I'm not a premium member but a free member..

Dont really see the point with our family membership when I dont have access to premium.

Hi @alexanderhall! Just to be sure, but has your girlfriend added you to the plan, and have you accepted? Details on how to do so can be found here. If you have been successfully added, are you the only one without premium, or does she also not have access to premium? Let me know and I'll do what I can to sort this out. Cheers!
