My Question or Issue

 I am not a Spotify user but i have registered ones on a free trial. Now i see on my bank account that i pay €9,99 since 12-2016 monthly. I only use one email adress since 10 years or so. Is it possible which account belongs to the monthly payments? I can upload a picture of payment if nessecary. I'm sorry to hear that you’re being charged unexpectedly. I'd recommend taking a look at the "Why have I been charged?" support article for some more help with this.
