Paying for free trial

I am so confused 😞 I understood I had a free month trial, but I got charged. Now I'm receiving notifications payment attempts have failed and they are trying to withdraw a second payment of $11.99. How do I get help with specific problems like this? I don't understand how to get help? I've had to cancel just because I'm worried about what payments will come out of my account 😞

Hey @Ashleakate89,

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will help you sort things out within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
