Paying for premium but not receiving it?

I hope someone can help? I have message Spotify but had a response to come on here? For the last year I have been paying for premium and until recently been fine. Now all of a sudden I'm seeing ads and it's the free version?! My supscription was a trial thing originally then I continued to have it via vodaphone I think?! I receive a text every month to say £9.99 has successfully been collected and my Spotify has renewed again or something like that?! Now for some reason I can't log in without Facebook as it says there are no other accounts for me?! I can't remember if it wasn't linked to Facebook? I tried the only email I have for log in and it says it's linked to my facebook?! I don't want to pay for something that I'm not receiving?! Also it's only letting me shuffle songs where I've been used to just selecting any songs. Some one please help me?! Thank you

These losers are doing the same to me I think its nothing but a rip off if I'm paying 1p$ a month and not getting the service I want these guys seem nothing but scam artist if they're not delivering

Hi @Kbates1,

If you arranged your Premium subscription through Vodafone, the first thing to do is to contact them and ask why aren't you on Premium anymore.
