Paying for premium but showing up as free on my profile

hey so I got my premium subscription through my mobile service provider (Fido) and the first 6 months were free with the Premium version. I am now paying the 9.99$ a month on my Fido Bill but im seeing that my account on Spotify is the Free version. How do i fix this? I’ve already logged out of my Facebook account version and logged in with my email and its the same problem
