Paying for premium but site saying I'm using free

I want to unsubscribe from spotify premium but when I go to cancel my subscription on the website it tells me I'm using spotify free. How else can I cancel/why is this happening?

I've pasted below some instructions from this thread:

• Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
• If you're on Premium, try signing out and back in. 
• If it says Free, check the receipt we emailed you.
• Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
  • Once signed in, please follow the instructions in this article.
