Paying for premium without getting it?!

Hi everyone,

I had Spotify Premium half a year ago, and then I didn't want it anymore. I therefore cancelled my subscription. 

The Problem: Now Spotify (Denmark) keeps withdrawing money for premium (99 DKK every month).

I can't seem to find any way to contact Spotify.... Has anybody had the same problem?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community.

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
