Paying full price when I have an NUS card.

Paying full price when I have an NUS card.

I've tried to contact through the contact forum three times and I never get a confirmation email and nobody has got back to me. I'm being charged full price even though i've put in my NUS card details and cancelled and resubscribed using my details. I'm entitled to a refund and nobody is getting back to me to help the issue. I shouldn't have been charged this much! 

Please can someone get back to me.

Get in touch again using this form making sure you use a working email address in the first box and then post your case number (#) here and we can make sure someone gets back to you asap.
